@TonnerOWInc this is what "real" companies do for shareholders. They follow through on their word.

Well. There is a big difference between business owners and public company CEOs; and the fact that you don't seem to understand that explains alot of these conversations. Lets' keep it simple. Buying back shares always sounds wonderful to shareholders but they must also consider this question ---- buy the shares back with what? Answer = money. And where does that money come from? SALES! So, as of now, we are focused on what creates the money first. Sales, sales, sales and even you said yourself - we are producing sales -- finally! It is understandabe to want the company to just pull millions of dollars out of a Crown Royal bag and start buying shares but a growing business needs to spend money on immediate ROI and the share price does nothing to bring in more sales. Marketing, however, does bring in new business which increases revs to make a buy back more feasible but it is silly for a pubco that just started bringing in revs to divert that money from markerting into buying back shares. Share buybacks and a reverse split are bad moves for TONR - so we're not even considering them. We are focused on sales and revenues!

@TonnerOWInc I would suggest meeting with your legal team and creating a way to buyback shares as soon as possible. 99% of your shareholders want the same. Diluting for acquisitions sure isn't the answer, and does not bring value. But heck, what do business owners know, right?

@KrusaderSpennyT So what's your point? We said no reverse split but you obviously don't believe it so we'll just keep doing what we have been and let you do whatever you choose to do. We can't fix everything at once and if what we are doing is not working for you - what would you suggest?

@TonnerOWInc You promised shareholder value. Sure there's actual revenue now (finally), but unless the bloated share structure get addressed, any shareholder value will take decades. All of this reeks of a reverse split which only kills shareholders 99% of the time, and you know it.

Well. Speaking of words and numbers. Here are ours: 1. Massive: As in $7 million+ debt reduction in June. 2. Revenues: As in $240k+ since June. We'd love an immediate jump in stock price based on these "numbers" but we also know the path to a higher pps is to just keep giving more numbers like the ones above. :-)
