I should introduce myself The name’s Tony Blaze. I’m a monster and demon hunter in a world where those creatures are slowly disappearing. With fewer threats each year, the age of hunters may be coming to an end. Since hunting alone doesn’t pay the bills anymore, I picked up a day job working in tech…But when the sun goes down, the hunt still continues. Somewhere along the way I heard about streaming, so I figured—why not document the hunts and play some games while I'm at it? I enjoy a variety of games including RPGs, action games, horror, and story-driven single player experiences. @LadyMizuki8 It's definitely not easy, totally understand the feeling. Sometimes it's ok to take a break especially since you work alot. Much rather take a break and come back refreshed than to keep going so much so that you disappear for weeks at a time.

What do you do when you're so burnt out from work that you don't want to stream? I'm exhausted. I'm working so hard to survive... And now I just wanna... Crash. Send advice and help please? 🥺🥲

Holy, thank you to everyone that followed. I've been working on getting things situated. I'll probably be making YouTube vids and shorts first before streaming. I still gotta get a few things done. Working in the afternoon at my irl job has been taking up a lot of my time.

Hot take: Discovery rate, daily posting, and having a team (editor, artist, manager) don’t matter without a different, nice-looking VTuber model and strong personality traits. A generic or poorly designed model makes you look like the same, no matter how many edited clips you post. Even with perfect editing and daily uploads, if the streamer behind feels bland, inauthentic, or mismatched to the model, viewers won’t stay. Daily posting without entertainment value just trains the algorithm to show your content to people who immediately leave. The traits that convert are the ones that create instant emotional connection and fear of missing out. Vtubing is a big theater. You need to be authentic and your model needs to have consistency with your personality. Humor is a really important trait. Don’t be generic. Be weird, silly, chaotic, all in your own way. Tell stories that show how cringe you are, don’t be afraid to do so. Be interactive: read chat and react genuinely. New viewers don’t care about your editor’s fancy transitions if the streamer isn’t fun to be around. A different nice-looking model isn’t just prettier or higher-poly, it’s one that is instantly recognizable, cohesive with your personality. Your model must match your voice/energy/lore. Your model can make clips and fanart spread faster because the visual is iconic. Treat every stream like a theater. Record yourself and study what feels alive vs. stiff. Viewers don’t sub because you posted every day. They sub because the second they clicked your thumbnail they felt something different. Be the kind of VTuber people clip, meme, and share.
