It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Club Treasurer, and dear friend Omi. A true cornerstone of the club, Omi’s dedication, passion and love for Cockfosters never wavered, even during his toughest times. He shared a very close relationship with the Club Chairman, reflecting his deep connection to the heart of the club. His focus was always on pushing forward, improving the club, and supporting everyone around him. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten, by all those who had the privilege of knowing him. A minute’s silence will be held today as a mark of respect. RIP Omi 🙏

The board of directors have moved swiftly to appoint Adam Fisher, who takes charge as club manager for the rest of the season. Adam has curated an impressive CV with spells at Welwyn Garden City, remaining there for 7 years after winning the league at step 5 and taking them to step 4, Hertford Town and Baldock Town before moving onto St Ives Town as assistant, where he’s been for the past four years. Joining Adam as assistant manager is Jermaine Hall who led Barton Rovers to the Step 4 playoffs last season as manager, before having a spell as assistant at Berkhamsted earlier this season. We’d like you to join us in welcoming Adam and Jermaine to the dugout and give them all your support over the next nine games.
