NZ is well known for strong house price growth, but when it comes to the share market, did you know that the NZ50 has consistently outperformed all but one of the major indices over the last 1, 2, 5 & 10 years? Second only to the Nasdaq100.

@JimmyWafer @AotearoaYimby You are right. Not everyone can get into the housing market at the moment due to the cost, & people also look for other investing options as well as property. March saw a huge rise in fractionalised share investing through platforms like Sharesies driven by young investors.
