As long as Opiyo Wandayi is stealing rotating his posh office chair yet a big scandal is hoovering around his docket, only points to one thing, William Ruto is the mastermind and the junior staff members are just scapegoats for their senior masters. There's no way he's clean.

At the same time, I wish Captain Ruto and the other members of his family who were injured in the accident a swift full recovery and strength as they navigate this painful period. Some of the Cabinet Secretaries (about 6 to 7) in H.E Ruto's Cabinet are soo low key and probably incompetent that you don't hear of them at all. They are AWOL. Many Kenyans genuinely feel these Cabinet offices have been vacant for the past three years. These low key/absentee CSs come in office in the morning, read newspapers, have tea/mandasi, make telephone calls to friends and relatives, eat lunch & then go back home. I'm not being spiteful...I'm honestly asking...do we have "substantive" CSs in the ministries of Environment, Gender, Labour, water, East Africa Community, Agriculture...And why isnt H.E Ruto not making REAL appointments to run these critical ministries?

Nairobi senator Hon Edwin Sifuna commands mad respect and honor from the ODM honchos. During their SDC, they reserved a seat for just in case he shows up. The fear within ODM mandarins was that, he could show up & miss a chair so most probably Oburu or Wanga would vacate theirs.
