Worst customer experience possible thanks @Foxtel. Billing my credit card every month on an account that I don't think I have. After 2 hours on the phone and no calls back like promised - the best answer was to tell me to call my bank and dispute the charge. Beyond useless

@TonyPKirsch Sites don't use the internet. Sites are the internet. Companies are not people. People work at companies. You have a few things mixed up. E.g. Bots are not users of the internet.

@thedomainers @onlinedomaincom Huh? I thought I was pretty clear I was talking about dozens of future .brand applicants. Pretty sure there isn’t billions of companies of those. To answer your question, I think the number is in the vicinity of 50 or so - about 10%. Doesn’t sound too bad to me

@TonyPKirsch @onlinedomaincom What does dozens mean in a world of billions? How many co have let their .brand go or do nothing with it? Very few people are frustrated about any delay, only those making money off getting companies to spend on something not needed. So you keep telling yourself whatever you like
