The way we’ve been using it internally is each agent has their own Slack channel. My agent team is: Lisa - VP of growth Marcus - VP of engineering Sarah - Outbound sales manger Mia - Content lead Jake - Research lead You can also set it up where each member of your team has their own agent assistant with cross functional skills. But I find it helpful to delegate by role.
