@nate_pingel I dont think anyone should get oki midscreen or that good of a situation for using a defensive mechanic the drive trade and return to neutral is a good enough reward in most cases imo. This frustration is just cuz his archetype and thats a good thing lol

I really like deadlock but the game community is awful and the new update that brought in a bunch of new players lowkey made the game unplayable in low elo games. Legit impossible to get a game where someone doesn't quit in the 1st 10 mins lol.

The actual balance of the move aside, what really irks me about ryu solar plexus is that it doesn’t make sense thematically for him to have it. Ryu with this version of solar plexus feels like sim with a reversal sa1, gief with decent walkspeed, or cammy with an overhead

@insyloFGC No lie I think the answer is the games are just ass OG lol. Way less polish and features than other modern games. Sf6 really the only one that has that so I think thats why its surging in popularity

@Tony_FGC I think they should extend it even more, or retract the hitbox a little bit upward. Compare hers to Jamie's. OD is ALWAYS safe. The worst it can be is -2. If you space it terribly, it should be -4. Her jab should be -3 because it has the same range and benefits of Chun's jab.

@Hideyos33767523 Scissor kick and they way its used it core to the character man lol. People don't like when that changes. Maybe you are cool with it but many are not and again if they are gonna fundamentally change core stuff for characters just make a new one lol.

@Tony_FGC Like, frankly, "fundamentally changing how the move is used" is a perfectly fine thing for a new game to do. If my main plays the exact same way in every game, why would I play the new game when they're the exact same in the old game?
