After 10 days of dieting I’ve already lost a stone! Over the moon, few more to go. Thanks @CoachLisaK1 for all your help. Just to let everyone know I’m on the 1:1 diet by the Cambridge weight plan and if they do want to lose a few pounds it’s a great way to do it. #feelgreat
