即使不用GDP的统计数据来衡量两国的经济状况，中美两国民众的收入对比差距也是极大。中国有7亿人生活在三四线城市，其基本月收入中位数接近450刀，2亿人生活在一二线城市（西方人喜欢统计的是这部分人）收入大约900刀，而余下的3亿人还生活在农村和县城，其收入为200刀。

中国对于英伟达是一个巨大的市场。但站在美国政府的角度就很不同了，芯片是这次技术革命的核心，美国在没有AI以前对华高端芯片都是严格管控的，这涉及到除芯片领域外其他行业的发展，美国政府希望更多的保持于其他国家的竞争力。中国目前还无法保证8nm制程芯片的良率，而美国已经快要普及2nm了。
