Legends never die! @TopDogBeachClub is an OG nft project, older than most.. really cool to see them still go at it. It was my first nft home/love and 1 of 2 projects ill love always no matter what (along with @thesevens_7 who btw is grinding and building some wild stuff). Kudos!

How I went from not knowing anything about Crypto to full-time Web3 in under two years 👇 For most of us, our journey into Web3 started in late 2020/early 2021. COVID was keeping us at home, and we were looking for something fun to dive into. Maybe you started on $WAX, or NBA Top Shot, or maybe even Nifty Gateway. But eventually we all found our way to Ethereum NFTs. We onboarded ourselves into various communities, got rugged countless times, and maybe even found our Web3 homes. For me - it started at @TopDogBeachClub . That was the first community I truly felt a part of. I spent time scaling my personal brand on twitter as well as learning about the technology side of the industry. Trying to emulate @beijingdou, @xBenJamminx, and other true leaders in this space. Sooner or later, I learned the benefits of being a reply guy. Allowed me to get to know a lot more of these bigger accounts, and helped keep me up-to-date on projects. One of those projects, Winter Bears! Obviously, we all know they eventually rugged but I found my way in during mint and was a big part of the community there. Soon enough they partnered with my former employer, Sappy Seals and I joined that community as well. In that community, I learned the importance of one on one connections. Talking with community members about LITERALLY ANYTHING. At the end of the day we are all humans behind these fictional animal PFPs, and embracing that helped me scale my brand FAST. So - I got my first real fulltime Web3 job. Directing Partnerships, helping with community, marketing, and event planning. The ethos has always been the same though, give people one-on-one time and understand we're all humans. Eventually my time there came to an end. But, another AMAZING door opened. I can't say too much about what's behind that door right now, but the ethos is still the same. Have fun, embrace community, and create a space where people actually want to be. In short, just be yourself. Be a kind person. The opportunities will come.
