Greetings, detective. We’re continuing work on the DLC FEMBOY FUTA HOUSE - Kinky Field Trip, and today we want to show one of the most important mechanics of the new expansion: the evidence board. Over the course of the week, the player will find different types of evidence: notes, items, events, story art, and other important details related to story. All of them are collected in a separate section called “Week’s Evidence,” where they are presented as a full detective board. The evidence board UI is already complete, and now the system looks exactly the way we envisioned it: with different types of cards, connections between them, and visual separation by days of the week. It’s a tool that helps your better understand the story, notice connections, and gradually piece together the overall picture of what’s happening. Each piece of evidence has its own states: if the player hasn’t found it yet, the card remains hidden, and if the evidence has been obtained but not fully completed, that is also shown separately. Found evidence can be opened and reviewed again at any time to refresh the details of the investigation. The main goal of this system is to make the player a full participant in the investigation. At the end of the week, on Sundays, the characters will ask questions about the events that took place, and the evidence board will help you connect the facts and try to get to the truth. We want the investigation to feel like an important part of the gameplay. At the same time, we’re continuing work on other elements of the DLC. The map of Kinksmouth, a large city with several locations that will unlock as you progress, is gradually taking shape. The day-night cycle system is also coming together. The in-game day is divided into morning, day, evening, and night, and each phase unlocks its own events, activities, and scenes. There’s still a lot of work ahead, but the evidence board has already taken on a finished look, and we really like how it enhances the atmosphere of mystery and investigation. Hey everyone! Today, we want to share a bit more about some key aspects of game development: the structure of intimate content and our approach to localization and voice acting. We’ve broken intimate content into several levels to balance development time, quality, and overall flow. Main categories are as follows: - Nude bodies - Your animations - Foreplay - Full intimate scenes Each level has a different degree of complexity and effort. Some formats are faster to create, so you’ll probably see them more often. Others take much more time and resources, making them rarer and more special. When it comes to accessibility, there are two types of intimate content: Basic intimate content is part of the main story and available to all players as they progress. Additional content is the optional scenes you can unlock with L&L points This structure helps us keep the story consistent for everyone while offering extra rewards for players who want to dive deeper into specific characters. At the same time, we’re planning to expand the game’s localization. Right now, the project is designed around one main language, but we know most of our community comes from all over the world. We want to make the game more accessible and comfortable for as many players as possible. For us, localization isn’t just direct translation. We want the dialogue to feel natural, keep the humor, and preserve each character’s personality. On top of that, we’re gradually adding emotional voice acting. The goal isn’t to voice every line immediately, but to place it where it has the most emotional impact and makes character reactions feel alive. As always, we’d love to hear your thoughts. Hey! Today we want to show what the AURA 2 team has been working on lately, and talk about cards, talismans, and preparing for future battles. And also to show you a brand new trailer! Cards and Effects. The core of AURA 2 combat remains cards. Each card has its own cost, name, description, and type, which means it has its own place in your deck and its own role in battle. With cards, the hero can deal damage, defend, buff themselves, or apply various effects to enemies. We aim to keep the system flexible so players can experiment with decks and discover their own combos. There are several types of cards in the game: Attack - It deals damage to an enemy and may apply negative effects. Skill - It heals, grants defense, or buffs the hero. Buff - It creates a lasting effect that stays active during battle. Curse - It special cards that enemies can shuffle into the player’s deck, making the run harder. Work on the card system is in full swing, with around 100 different cards currently in development! That is about twice as many as in the first part! Among them, you will find everything: basic combat abilities, clever tactical cards, unexpected effects, and sometimes even spicy or just plain funny ideas that can suddenly turn the tide of battle. We want deckbuilding to be more than just a required part of the game, but a true playground for experimentation where a single unusual card can completely change your playstyle. Crafting and Talismans. Alongside cards, talismans play an important role in preparing for adventures. These are equipment items that grant powerful passive abilities and sometimes even change the rules of combat. To craft a talisman, you first need to obtain its blueprint. You can find it during your travels, earn it through the story, or buy it fr om merchants. After that, the player gathers resources: ore, hides, fangs, and other materials. Then, magical power is extracted from a found artifact, and this power becomes the foundation of the future talisman. We continue working on Part-Time Witch, and several new mechanics and systems have been added to the game recently. New races are gradually appearing in the world. Right now, the project already includes humans, elves, and orcs, and angels and demons will be added later. They will not only exist as part of the world, but will also affect gameplay. While working in the shop, angels and demons can now show up and interfere with serving customers. To get rid of them, you will need to use special potions. A special shift modifier has also been added to workdays. It can temporarily prevent you from serving certain categories of customers. This adds more variety to a normal workday and forces you to adapt to changing conditions. Work is also underway on an additional brewing mechanic called ingredient grinding. Some customers will refuse a potion if the required ingredients are not ground before brewing. This system is designed to make the brewing process more variable and interesting to play. Another important addition is a new part-time job mini-game. If you do not have enough money to meet your quota or buy ingredients, you can now visit the factory once a day and earn some extra cash. During the part-time job, you will need to watch the conveyor belt and send items in the correct directions. The more items you sort correctly during the shift, the higher your reward will be. In Harem vs Zombies, every adventure begins on the global map — a unique screen for each stage that serves as your command center. Here you can open one of the four game menus, each having a different purpose for your journey. Fight Join forces with a squad of charismatic defenders, match elements, build and upgrade towers in a unique blend of Tower Defense and Match-3, and smash through hordes of undead. Every victory pushes the story forward, rewards you with loot, and leads to new unforgettable encounters. Trials Not every battle is mandatory, but brave generals never turn down a challenge, right? Trials change the usual rules of combat: fewer towers, stronger enemies, or tricky terrain. Each mission demands a new strategy, but the reward is well worth the risk. Camp After brutal battles, even a legendary general needs some rest. The girls in camp don’t just brighten your day and keep you company. They also unlock tower upgrades, each with their own abilities and bonuses. Get on their good side and they might show you something a little more personal. Not bad, right? You can also have some chit-chat with the girls or play a classic game of rock-paper-scissors. This version, however, comes with a little strip-rule twist. Almanac Don’t forget, General: in battle, knowledge can be just as important as strength. The Almanac is always there when you need a refresher. It contains information about unlocked towers, enemy types, and core gameplay mechanics: everything you need to better understand the battlefield. But the Almanac isn’t just about strategy. It also features a gallery of artwork and all unlocked scenes, in case one of those encounters stuck with you and you feel like seeing it again. Strictly for research purposes, of course. Hey there. We are sharing fresh development updates and talking about what has already been implemented and what we are still working on. In Act Two, 10 main story quests fr om the brothel storyline have been implemented and are already being tested. This arc gradually develops characters and their motivations, and also strengthens the impact of the player’s decisions on future events. As part of the current development stage: • 6 date quests with unique scenes and rewards have been implemented • The final quests of Act Two have been completed, showing the consequences of player choices • Numerous bugs have been fixed, and overall stability has been improved The final quests of Act Two show wh ere earlier decisions lead. Choices directly affect how the story develops and which continuation branches become available. An alchemy mechanic has been added. Now the player can: • Mix potions together • Discover new combinations • Unlock additional recipes through exploration and by meeting certain conditions We also want to highlight the development of the player’s room. As progress is made, it can be upgraded using in-game currency. The player starts at level one with a more modest setup, and can then purchase level two and level three. When purchased, the level of the entire room increases as a whole rather than individual elements. This reflects the overall status of the hero and their place in the world. Right now, we are developing an enchanting mechanic. Within this system, the player will be able to: • Enchant runes • Gain passive effects in combat • Strengthen the chosen playstyle We are serious about releasing the game out of Early Access closer to the middle of this year. Our main focus right now is finishing key mechanics, adding content, and doing the final polish. Thank you for following the project’s development. Now stats are spent on actions and replenished via consumables you can find in locations and during courier activities. Trainers now only improve stats, so you can increase their maximum pool for different actions. The cupcake coupon is even more useful now: it also upgrades stats by increasing their ‘capacity’. - Fixed the charisma mini-game: the music is now more reasonable and more forgiving of possible mistakes. - Added pause + help via ‘?’ button to all progression mini-games, plus the ability to stop a mini-game. - Added UI hints (for example, when hovering over money and coupons). 🎭 What we added earlier (and are still expanding) - Advanced the ‘Sisters’ storyline: 2 large scenes with Zhanna and three new smaller scenes with Gabrielle. - Miss Marple now has the ‘Final Night’ event. - New mini-games and activities: intelligence training, lockpicking, and board breaking as a one-time event. - Expanded the mall: added a bookstore (for intelligence training) and a clothing store (buying outfits). - 15 new animations (yep, those are handmade). 🎨 Locations and atmosphere Our background artist is ahead of schedule, so now our task is to bring the locations to life with additional elements. Hey everyone! Today, we want to pull back the curtain on development and show how we bring our characters to life. Animation of game models starts long before the first sprite appears in Unity. Even at the drawing stage, the animator needs to understand what the object will actually do: how it moves and attacks, which parts will have a life of their own, and which will follow the rest. That’s why the artist draws the model in separate parts right away. It helps avoid extra work… Well, only in a perfect world 😌 For example, at first, we drew the chests of our lady units as separate elements. The plan was ambitious: to animate weapon recoil, movement during attacks, and sword swings. But after the first couple of models, it became clear that at our on-screen character scale, and with all the effects constantly covering everything, you simply can’t see it. So we had to drop the idea… although, we’ll admit, not everywhere 👀 To show how all of this works in practice, let’s break down the animation pipeline using one of our bosses as an example: Lady Crab. Next comes working with dependencies. If an object has a logical ‘parent’, for example, the chest and the body, one is nested inside the other. This helps movements look smoother and more natural. But you shouldn’t always follow this rule. For our lady units, for example, the arms aren’t attached to the body. They’re stylized as ‘cup hands’, and building complex connections there just doesn’t make sense. Lady Crab, on the other hand, is serious business: each claw consists of three parts, and without a hierarchy, there’s no way around it. After all that prep, the most interesting part begins: animation. First, you have to come up with something cool, and then make it look exactly the way you imagined it. It’s a long process of keyframes, tweaks, more tweaks, and a few more tweaks. For example, Lady Crab raises a claw and brings it down. That means we animate only the claw and don’t touch anything else. We set keyframes, adjust timing so it doesn’t look like slow-mo, or the opposite. And then the polishing starts. The body is a system of connected elements. You pull an arm, and the torso shifts a bit. You make a sharp movement, and the head, legs, and second claw respond. So step by step, the rough animation gets layered with details: the body lifts slightly, a leg shifts, the other claw moves into counterbalance. Exactly these little details create a sense of life. But it’s important to know when to stop, of course. Many micro-movements simply aren’t visible at this model scale, and sometimes they have to be exaggerated so the player notices the animation at all. On a big screen, these motions might look sharp, but in-game, they look exactly the way they should. After polishing, the model moves on to the next stage: adding effects. They also often overlap the animation, but without them, everything would feel flat. And only after that can the character be considered finished and sent straight into the game.
