For those in the world who don’t know, the Chief Justice of India made a reference likening youngsters to cockroaches. This went viral and prompted @abhijeet_dipke to launch the Cockroach Janta Party (Cockroach People’s Party), a digital political movement which many now hope will actually become a proper political party.
Within 24 hours or so they have crossed 20,000 members, have a political symbol and a manifesto in line with the ideals of the Indian Constitution.
While this may have started out as a gag, it is now turning serious and people are already beginning to see a new political movement possibility driven by Gen Z.
Watch this space. We are seeing the birth of a new political movement in India in the digital space with people declaring “I am a cockroach”, and “cockroach power”.

I am not sure what kind of ‘society‘ she is talking about, but a lot of Brahmin-Baniya ppl try to take over residential societies.
Ex- in my friends apartment, some Brahmin families wanted to build a small temple inside the premises… not cos there were no temples nearby, but cos they wanted it inside the society itself.
They knew Christians n Muslims lived there too.. But because they were influential in the management committee n bcos they had the confidence to push these things.. the Muslims and Christians stayed quiet because they did not want trouble. It was actually some Hindus who strongly opposed it.
Bloody.. keep your God inside your home or go to a temple. What is this obsession with converting every shared public space into a religious space?

Observe Muslim mafia kabza chain from Shivaji Nagar, St. Johns Market area, continuing on Adugodi, Lalbag surroundings, Mavalli, Mohammedan Block of Basavanagudi, Byrasandra, Tilak Nagar, 9th Blk. #Breaking: Six key decisions taken in the first cabinet meeting led by #WestBengal CM #SuvenduAdhikari today.
1. Appreciate efforts of EC, Observers, Kolkata Police, West Bengal Police.
2. As many as 321 BJP party workers killed paid respects by the cabinet, their families responsibility will be taken state govt.
3. Process for land transfer to BSF for erecting fence on India-Bangladesh border & complete work of land transfer by 45 days.
4. Ayushman Bharat scheme work begins, to be implemented soon. State enrolls itself under all central schemes like - PM Jan Arogya Yojana, Fasal Yojana, PM Viswakarma, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and all the other central schemes. Implementation soon. All petitions pending at centres for Ujjwala Yojana.
5. We have decided that IAS & IPS officers will be allowed for central training. BNS was not implemented in the state. West Bengal to implement BNS immediately.
6. Five year extension for state government jobs.

How much WB has implemented the NEP I don’t know.
But the children deserve better education that teaches them how to think, do things with their own hands.
