For 3 weeks now, accessing funds with @PolarisBankLtd has been a serious challenge. Over-the-counter withdrawals aren’t working, and mobile banking services have been completely down. This is unfair, and I urge @NDICNigeria and @cenbank to urgently look into this issue.
