🔴2022/23 FIXTURES🔴 We are delighted to announce our fixtures for the upcoming season in the WNIHL 1 league (formerly known as the women’s premier league). Our season begins in less than a month, kickstarting with an away trip to play the Slough Sirens🧜🏻‍♀️

🔴TOPCATS WIN🔴 The Topcats are thrilled to have bagged their first win of 2023 this weekend, beating the Nottingham Vipers 6-4 on home ice. A big thank you to the Vipers for an exciting game and we look forward to the rematch on your ice.

🔴GAME DAY🔴 The Topcats are excited as we take on @sloughsirens on home ice for our final game of 2022🎉 We look to bounce back after a devastating defeat in our previous game, and hope to add some points to the table.

🔴3-1 LOSS🔴 The Topcats are devastated to announce that we drew short to the Falcons on the weekend, coming away with a 3-1 loss. Our only goal came from defender, Rachael Hodson, while our player of the game went to another defender, Elin Periera-Morrey🎉

🔴WOODZ RETURNS🔴 The Topcats are delighted to announce the return of defender #4 Joanne Woods. Woodz has iced for the Topcats since 2010, adding an incredible amount of experience and depth into the team. We are delighted to have you back Woodz🏒

🔴GAME POSTPONED🔴 Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances our home game against @chelmsford has been cancelled. The game will be rescheduled for a later point in the season. We are not back in action until 27th November, where we will face MK Falcons on home ice.

🔴CUSS RETURNS🔴 The Topcats are delighted to announce the return of last season’s “best defender” #26 Annabelle Cuss. Cuss recorded 4 goals and 5 assists in the just 10 games for the Topcats in the previous season. We are thrilled to have you back Bella🏒

🔴JOY RETURNS🔴 The Topcats are delighted to announce the return of forward #86 Joy Scott-Russell. Joy will be on a 2-way contract with the Bristol Huskies this season again. We are excited to see you back in Topcats colours Joy🔴

🔴NEW SIGNING🔴 The Topcats are delighted to announce the signing of forward Janine Burnett. Janine is no stranger to the Topcats; the ex-Topcat last iced in the 2009/10 season, in which she recorded 1 goal and 1 assist in 11 games. Welcome back J9🙌🏻

🔴SHAWZY RETURNS🔴 The Topcats are thrilled to announce that #21 Ellie Shaw will be returning for the 2022/23 season. Unfortunately, Shaw was only eligible to play for the Topcats towards the end of the season, and so only iced once for the Topcats.

🔴TOPCATS WIN🔴 The Topcats take a win on the road, in their first game in the WNIHL 1 league🙌🏻A well battled game, however the Topcats came on top with a 12-0 win!!! Player of the game goes to #76 Emma Comer🏒
