ToC Voices is more than a choir, it’s a warm, welcoming community where cancer patients, carers, and survivors can come together through the joy of singing. Beautiful arrangements by Emily Bollon from Motivation by Music, create an uplifting environment for everyone involved.

The gut microbiome - the trillions of microbes living in our digestive system - plays a much bigger role in cancer than many people realise. It can influence how the immune system responds and even affect how well treatments like chemotherapy and immunotherapy work.
