Tomorrow I will receive my BE honours - one of the only two in my entire college. But it will still be the 2nd lowest point of my entire life. I am the most out of shape I ever was, the least energetic, my confidence at the rock bottom, most fcked up sleep schedule , I feel like a nobody! (Which I probably am). But that’s about to change. Mark this date—12/09/2024. By this time next year, I’ll be the fittest I’ve ever been, full of energy, confidence, and purpose. I’ll have built my life up financially to a place I’ve only dreamed of. No more excuses, no more wasted potential. This is the year I take everything back. The human body replaces nearly every cell over the course of a year. That means in 12 months, one can completely transform—physically, mentally, and emotionally, I will be a fckin' Beast!

Do you agree with that? I don't - but maybe that's because my bubble consists of hardcore chess fans. But I do feel Levy's perception is extremely US-centric. And I also feel, that in general streamers/youtubers impact on the game is much less significant than it used to be few years ago. But again, I might err. Open Google, there are so many articles telling you something that you HAVE to read or you are missing out on something, so many things in social media (YT, Insta, Twitter/X, linkedin, etc). You just can't catchup, the more you catchup, the more you feel you have a lot left

Today's world and even probably the future is not for those who are only "intelligent"/ "smart" or knows some specific skill. It's about focus and know how to ignore specific things. Today there is so much distraction/unnecessary info everywhere, 1 needs to know how to ignore
