cancelled flights, two days past our original departure day with a sick 6 month old, no diapers or formula left and no end in sight… any suggestions to get home. This is inhumane. #sunwing @SunwingVacay

@SunwingVacay JUST LIED TO AGAIN. WAITING IN THE LOBBY 4am-830am with 6month old 2 year old. THEN AGAIN 630-830pm AFTER BEING PROMISED TWO PLANES ARE IN PUNTA CANA. TWO!! My family and children are being held unwell and against our will so that you can save money. This is insane.

@SunwingVacay Well we don’t have a confirmed flight home yet so I would really appreciate that. 3 cancelled flights so far and won’t trust a message promising anything until I see my families names on a boarding pass.
