May interesting encounters are possible on our hiking trails. A birder counted 36 species during a recent walk. This Blandings turtle, an endangered species, was out for an amble, possibly seeking just the right spot for her eggs. Please protect turtles sighted crossing roads

@TopsyFarms They are. My move last summer went very badly in many ways, BUT to be out of the City, amongst *green* and HUGE trees,to wake up to birdsong IS healing my battered, bruised soul.

Our 2 km walking trail to the woods now has this resting feature, built with all stone from our land. Thanks to @Lenn_Add_County for the financial support. Our walking trail is free, for now passing this flock of ewes waiting to lamb. We seek a good name. Suggestions anyone?

@TopsyFarms Oh,Sally, You will,but you will also see/feel him everywhere. IF I could,I would spend a month in your yurt sorting out what I have left to sort out. Helping where & when I can- I'm semi-trained in *dirt therapy* ( gardening- Mom& Dad had a 1/3 of an acre)& other useful things.

Grandson Mike, just off the bus, waiting to help with final 2 day health check of 555 ewes, before lambing. Today is the official first day. We expect visitors starting Friday for 6 weeks to cuddle bottle babies. Virtual adoptions will be available again quite soon.

To qualify, the applicant must be between the age of 15-30. The job title is Tourism Industry Specialist. Job involves: foster lamb care and feeding AND engaging with the public. 35 hrs per week for 8 weeks (starting May 19th). Transportation is important. info@topsyfarms.com
