sbr episode 1 review: they gave gyro the most aura they possibly could, all effort went into that, and i get it anyways kinda unfaithful to the manga but judging the episode in a vacuum it was so good i'm willing to trust the adaptation somewhat

@MrBadmic Haven't played much of ror1 or rorr but I remember playing a ror2 miner mod and it was super fun, probably the most fun I've had with a modded character, so i'd be glad to see him

@fayewilds_ League needs to do some crazy shit that really changes the game for me to want to play it again over deadlock, even if it's unbalanced. It's just gotten stagnant, and the game has been managed in a disappointing way in general over the past few years (greed and laziness)

@TheWarOwl My only gripe is that it definitely hurts more casual play a little bit, you can't just play for the vibes quite as much anymore. CS can definitely be a flashy clipfarm game and that's fun, I don't want to hurt that, though I'm sure people will adapt over time.

@TheWarOwl I'm a little surprised at how near unanimous the hatred for this change is. I completely agree with Valve's reasoning on why they made this change. Adding onto that reasoning, it finally adds a new significant skillcap-higher-ing element to the game after like, what, 25 years?

CS2 just dramatically changed the game with the ammo reload update. You now have reserve magazines instead of reserve ammo. The MP9 has 2 reserve magazines, meaning you can reload the MP9 twice a round. Twice TOTAL. The bad habit of reloading every time you shoot is now a REALLY bad habit. This changes weapon balance. The M4A1-s with 3 reserve mags is now comparatively worse than it was before the update, as the M4A4 has 4 reserve magazines and 10 extra rounds a mag. The USP-s and MP9 in particular are other weapons that I think get nerfed hard. Having to think about how many mags you have and if you should reload adds additional complexity to the game, it's another system you have to keep in mind. I imagine pro players will be counting reloads. If you hear a M4A1-s reload twice, you know they probably won't spray through a smoke. Spamming smokes and wallbangs are now a much bigger investment, as is preshooting when you turn the corner. This is the one way I think this update will negatively impact the gameplay, but overall I'm not instantly negative towards the update. I'm going to play more games, give it a chance, and see how I think about it.

@lucas0hero Except that's pure speculation. I saw nearly nobody complain abt the scene, just people interpreting it. We don't know toby's reasoning but I assume he saw people thinking rape literally happened and realized he didn't get the scene across well. We can't prove any assumptions tho
