An elderly widow in Green Bay placed an American flag on her porch to honor her late WWII veteran husband, but someone stole it. When Green Bay Police Officer Rob Ecke (a veteran himself) found out, he bought a brand new flag with his own money, gathered fellow officers, and personally delivered it to her home and put it up for her.
