@Trezor can't be sure that the person in question comes from trezor, just scammed for about €30,000 and trezor does nothing, just passes the ball on to X 🤮

Hi, as we mentioned earlier, we've already reported this scammer. Now it's up to X/Twitter to act.
In general, nobody from Trezor will approach you first. Our official associates have the Trezor affiliate badge on their profiles (but be careful, even this is something scammers try to fake). We mainly communicate from our official account. And last but not least, no one from Trezor will ever ask you for your wallet backup or any other sensitive details. Always feel free to double-check everything with our official support team via trezor.io/support

Hi, this is not our employee or anyone associated with Trezor. It's a scammer pretending to be one of our colleagues. Do not interact with that profile in any way. We've reported it to X/Twitter, but apparently the profile hasn't been taken down.
