@Nox_Daemon I completely understand this feeling. I'll always be thankful to the people who can laugh with me instead of at me when I make a mistake. There is absolutely no need to be cruel to someone for the high crime of misspelling or reading something incorrectly!

Right I've had enough. I'm dyslexic and I have dyscalculia. Neither of those warrant people being rude and calling me names. If you can't find it in your sad little soul to find empathy and correct me politely then stay the fuck away from me. You understood what I was

@IotaVexx I actually uninstalled the game just recently because my Aussie friends stopped playing and I have no one with good pings to queue up with 😭 I miss him 💚

honestly sometimes i forget that i don't really "fit" in this space and then it hits me all over again. i'm not an idol. i'm not cutesy, palatable, or safe for everyone. i'm polyamorous, autistic, disabled, and super gay. i'm just me, which is not exactly what this industry was built for. and yet here i am, still building something and somehow making it work??? i'm proud of that, genuinely! but i'd be lying if i said it didn't get exhausting being the person who has to prove that all the time, that real can still be profitable, that you don't have to sand down every weird, inconvenient, unpalatable edge of yourself to make it. i shouldn't have to fight this hard just to exist in a space that claims to celebrate authenticity and being yourself imo, but i do, and i'm still here dammit lmao just like all of you <3 and if you've ever felt like you were too much, or like you had all the wrong things to make it... same lmao. big same. but you can do it <3 we both can ;w;

As of today I am the world record holder for the major category in all three PS1 Armored Core games. It has been an incredible journey to make it this far, but it's not over yet.... #armoredcore #アーマードコア

@ItsMeHeiri Reminds me of the time some sweet innocent bean of a man was trying rizz me and forgot the word "pretty" during all his fluster so he called me "the word handsome but for girls!" 😂

From anyone talking about their personal experiences or general observations, this post would be fine for discussion value at least. Don't set yourself up as a consultant account when all of this is based on "trust me bro" and not actual talent management experience or sources.
Vtuber Consulting@VtuberConsult

VTubers, please be aware that shorts are a bit overrated right now. The big numbers look good, and previous generations of VTubers popped off from them. But (especially for smaller VTubers) they aren't what they once were. My main point is highlighted in red at the bottom.

@Syinsu "Make shorts that don't suck" isn't consultant level advice. It's pure generalisation and surface level common sense that anybody can spit forth.

They now swapped to being "shorts are good if you make ones that don't suck" If that was their original angle this post would have been good because I agree that it's more competitive so the approach needs to change but to scare people out of making shorts is so irresponsible but the stance swap of theirs just reads as a panic to save face

@Syinsu Happens with every post they make. Further proves the point that while the discussion generated can be insightful or worth considering, it's not ever factual information. Either the account needs a disclaimer or they need to just stop acting like their word carries authority.

@AminaPururin I've seen some positive results just by interacting with posts by natural inclination on my breaks at work etc. It's about the purpose and authenticity of the interactions. Not just numbers for numbers sake. A process that seems lost on most, it would seem.

The reality is, have one or don't. Longer or shorter. It's about you and the community you build. Mine is 10 minutes to get notifs out and the first ads done. Chat loves to do their daily check in fight for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Engagement I fostered! Make it work for YOU! ✨️

"New" viewers will rarely see your first 10 minutes. You're being pushed for discovery most after 2 hours. It's not worth changing a start of 10 mins which accommodates you and your current viewers better over the insignificant % who could click off by being impatient. 🤷‍♀️

@xin_yume It appears to be the general consensus among many atleast. Think about when you mostly see new followers and it'll mostly line up with that point and beyond during a stream.

@HAmorata I was a weird girl because I liked games and anime or just generally different stuff to all of my peers from primary school right through to HS. Yes, mostly from other girls too. It might have been a pretty sad experience at times, but I wouldn't change who I am for the world.

I love when the kids stop by to attempt to invalidate my lived experiences. Amusingly, not only was I bullied in school for being a weird gamer, 90% of it came from the other girls in high school. But hey, the young adults of today say it never happened, so I'm sure I hallucinated all that.
Starlight Moondust@StarNMoon2000

@ClothovMelodiam @slainebro28 @ExhaustedShu @QDenpaReceivers Gamers and otakus have never been bullied in high schools lmao. Anime and games have always been popular and well-respected by everyone until the weirdos invaded.
