On Thursday, Year 5 crossed the road over to the Senior School to experience a carousel of lessons - giving them a taste of things to come. We're not sure anyone expected quite so many cats, from singing about Kallie (Miss Parry's cat) in music to creating their own moggy in art.

And that’s a wrap on Matilda Jr! In less than a week, our talented and dedicated cast have auditioned for, rehearsed and performed a musical. It has been a joy to work with you all on this exciting Activities Week project! @Tormead_Drama

Last week, our string scholars from Senior School and the Sixth Form went across to Prep School to visit Mrs Symington's Prep string ensemble. The older girls relished the opportunity to meet and play for the next generation of string players and provide mentoring advice.

Two days ago, this talented bunch started rehearsing for Matilda Jr. In two days’ time, they are performing it on stage! Amazing dedication shown from our pupils for this year’s Activities Week! @Tormead_Drama

We also said a fond farewell to our incredible Year 11s today ahead of their study leave and GCSEs. They have been so enthusiastic and hard working - we are so proud of them!

Huge luck, health and happiness to Femi and Jess, our brilliant A Level musicians, who had their final lessons today and go on study leave next week. They have been a joy to teach!

We had a fabulous first session with the Band Project! Two different groups formed bands and put together a fantastic performance for parents in the space of just one hour. #MusicatTormead

Day 4 marks the end of our very first Tormead Fringe Festival. Well done to everyone who showcased their Music and Drama talent, and a huge thank you to everyone who popped over to to support their peers over the last week! #TormeadDrama
