Pre-season training is on! Saturdays at Lamport Stadium from 5-6:30pm. We're running training for senior men, women, juniors and minis! Come one, come all who love rugby and want to chase a ball!

The Canada U20 team beat the US team 60-22 and the Nomads are beaming with pride. The winning lineup included Nomads Kevin Vertkas and Tyler Rowland. Hat to tip Henry Stevenson & James Hammond, also part of the national U20 crew.
