Junior doctors: 10–15 years of training, £90k–£100k debt, 70-hour weeks, deciding who lives or dies… for £15–£18 an hour. But yeah, they’re totally “greedy” for wanting more than a binman’s wage. Because obviously restarting a heart at 3 a.m. is basically the same as emptying your wheelie bin. If saving your life is worth less than a Saturday night Uber Eats shift, good luck finding a doctor when you need one. 🙃
