For sure. Theres one that just got approved in UT and everyone’s pissed about it. We are the second driest state and they are planning a massive one. And a lot of AI is inefficient — friend built an AI that plugs into Claude and the other major AI’s that saves 40-70% of token / api costs. Has saved some up to 95%. Which means that 40-95% is currently wasted power / water / compute and time with current ai models. It’s mainly for the ~30% market share that’s 40-95% inefficient that builds with ai and has it as part of their business. But still huge.

I used to work with a company that had crazy awesome ideas that I helped build from very early. While I worked with them, this company would have massive ups and downs. I was a core part of their tech team for a long time. Tech was legit. Through all the crazy rises and falls, I watched them carry on through a billion.

NEWS: SpaceX and Google are reportedly in talks to explore orbital data centers. Google is discussing a potential rocket launch deal with SpaceX as it looks to put data centers in orbit, as per WSJ. There is no confirmation from Elon Musk on this yet.
