First visit to @Torrside in a while, and as you’d expect, it’s a corker… Hugely boozy; was it a bourbon cask or a brandy cask?! Thick, rich vanilla - but also loads of vinous, musty fruitiness. Rich chocolate, heavy malt, mince pies, sherry-soaked trifle berries. Epic.

@FiShoop @LowWhines Cheers 😁 Theres no greyhound in the series (as yet!), but we do have Swiss Guard Sighthound, modelled on former brewery dog Toshi, who was a saluki cross

@LowWhines @Torrside I did wonder! They’re fab. I have mixed-breed dogs now, so harder to find a match but would always buy anything with a greyhound on when I had the greys. Not so easy for my sprocker-crosses, esp as I’m not convinced of Froggy’s ancestry, not just an extra pointer in there, imo

Just a reminder that the brewery shop is open late today and tomorrow, until 7pm. Then we'll be open with a few beers on draught Friday evening, plus in the afternoon on Saturday, Sunday and Monday 🍻
