PROJECT UPDATE: Blue Beck House #York, 73-bed care home. We’re making excellent progress since our last update in early February. The team are now well advanced with M&E, with underfloor heating completed earlier this week on the first and second floors. #ConstructionProgress

PROJECT UPDATE; High street, #Lincoln​ Great progress is being made on our 73-bed care home in #Lincoln. We have reached the second-floor level of the build and are currently focusing on the first fix on the ground floor and the installation of windows and doors.

PROJECT UPDATE: Bromsgrove Road Care Home. We continue to make excellent progress on our 72-bed care home in #Birmingham Demolition, foundations, earthworks and ground floor are all completed and we’ve now progressed up to first floor level.

Local lady wins competition to name our #RetirementLiving Development in #Shipley. Jenni McDonough’s suggestion was chosen, and earlier this month, the development was officially launched as Glen Mill House and was added to the building by Ian Ward and Marie Buckingham.
