@toryburch do better! Just received my new suede boots. They have a black mark on them. Contacted customer service and was told my only two options are return them or keep them damaged. There are no more in my size. Asked for a partial refund since I really want these boots and was refused by my rep and some other person. Terrible customer service.

@toryburch furthermore, we were overcharged for an item that had a price tag significantly lower than what we got charged. We drove an hour, once to purchase at the store and the second time to talk with the staff about the issue. They were confrontational instead of helpful.
