I do agree that perception matters. And so my assessment is subjective. However as much as I see the quality in their intention, my analysis of their execution often finds a lot is wanting.

Tbh I agree with the point that misogyny isn't the core issue here.
The real problem is that this story is now characterized by poor pacing, inconsistent plot points, disorganization, and oversaturation by marketable elements, all precluding a cohesive and interesting narrative.
