The NTBA is saddened to report the passing of John "Morgan" Hooker, one of the country's leading Townbuilders. With Ward Davis at High Street Real Estate, Morgan was behind many of the most ambitious projects in Northwest Arkansas.

The solution to our housing crisis may be hiding in our backyards. Accessory dwelling units (ADUs) are any ancillary units to the main one. This could be 1 home, or 10! They're a common sense & nearly invisible intervention.
This lovely ADU in LA was designed by Bunch Designs.
