For example, if you replaced the Celts with germs in Gaul and put the Celts in Germania, the Celts would be the dominant population in Europe. It’s pretty simple stuff.

However, there are exceptions like Napoleon, who is of central Italian stock (Tuscan), who can dominate Germanic people on multiple fronts. Just like the great Germanicus.
