Akbayan Rep. Chel Diokno called the Supreme Court's decision on VP Sara Duterte's impeachment a case of accountability and justice lost.
"Sa desisyong ito, talo ang taumbayan. Talo ang pananagutan. Impeachment is about accountability," he said in a statement.
Diokno maintained that the complaints followed the constitutional process, where it was verified and endorsed by at least one-third of the House.
