The past 24 hours have been absolutely insane. Road to Vostok is currently Top Seller in many countries, front page on Steam and with Very Positive rating. I will share some launch stats when I have gathered enough data (+ some sleep), but I can already say that the launch has been extremely successful for a solo dev and secured the entire production budget for this game for years and years to come. @kittycatlyla @LUCKYY10P Of course games are going to reduce in viewership? We live in the tiktok era where trends are king. Games have never been about retaining players forever? Even with live service, people's interest changes. Especially when playing the same game constantly.

If a game is truly “alive” then regardless of what time it is there will be a substantial amount of players/players interested in watching others, you know this. I never said don’t judge based off peak hours, but ONLY taking those numbers into account doesn’t show the full story.

@Tr3ll1x @LUCKYY10P Yeah but that’s at the peak. You can’t only look at the peak to tell if something is “active”. At their peak these games can get 100k+, but at their low (which Tim was discussing) they’re getting less than 30k.
