@kaffando Look it was an accident. He did not intend to kill 10 people. However he did kill 10 people and injure many more, we know this. Witnesses from the bus said he was driving badly. It is just a terrible situation but it is not the right time to be defending him.

It's being reported The Project and Lisa Wilkinson was encouraging Higgins to potentially break the law by secretly recording people at Parliament House. These people were giving her really bad advice. It's hard to imagine a television network giving an alleged victim of rape such poor advice without advising her of the actual legal ramificstions. Worse it appears The Project was attempting to incriminate people via secret recordings? Now they are crying foul after all of this is being exposed. Channel 10 has a lot to answer for.
