@nxwestmidlands please can you tell me what is going on with the 937 service? Waiting at Jessie Road going towards Brownhills and we are now missing the 17.00 and 17.20 buses. This is just a joke now
@nxwestmidlands it maybe the school holidays but people do work. No 937 bus arrived as per timetable at Chester Road north, the park view centre at 7.16 going towards Birmingham.
@nxwestmidlands why publish timetables if buses depart 4/5 minutes early? 937 service from the park view centre, Chester road going towards Birmingham is due at 7.21. Drivers leave at 7.17/7.18 so they can then sit at Streets Corner. A driver said they don’t know timetables?
@nxwestmidlands I could understand once in a while a bus been late or not arriving but this is every single night. I am sick of complaining. Passes are increasing in price for a 2nd time this year and the service is not reliable at all. The service you are providing is absolutely disgusting

@nxwestmidlands what is going on? 937 service due to depart at 16.35 from Herbert Road going to Brownhills. This has not arrived on time once since the new timetable 1st June. It hasn’t arrived at all tonight and now the 16.55 is running 15 minutes late too. Complete joke
@nxwestmidlands don’t know why the timetable has been changed for the 937 service from Jessie Road/herbert road going towards Brownhills. The new timetable shows a bus due at 16.35. Not one night this week has it shown up on time. Anything from 15 to 40 mins late #jokeofaservice
@nxwestmidlands A standard reply is only ever received when a complaint form is filled in. They rush to reply to ensure it is before the 9 working days they have and don’t bother to find out why there was a problem

@nxwestmidlands waiting at Walton road, Jessie Road going towards Brownhills for the 937 bus that is due at 16.59 and no bus arrives. Not showing on Google maps or your app to even say it was running. The 17.28 is showing running 10 minutes late. Got to love the hourly service
@nxwestmidlands now beyond a joke every night waiting for what should be a half hour service but is more hourly. 937 bus due at Jessie Road, Walton Road at 17.00 going towards Brownhills. Showing 20 minutes late again. Finish work at 4.30. Wait virtually 1 hour to start journey
@nxwestmidlands so the 937 has gone to hourly tonight yet again. Waiting at Jessie Road, Walton Road going towards Brownhills for the 17.00 bus and now showing running 30 minutes late. I do not understand how you can justify this at all
@nxwestmidlands 937 changed to hourly service and we’ve not been told? Waiting at Herbert Road, Jessie Road for the 17.00 going towards Brownhills and not turned up again. Suppose I wait to see if the 17.30 arrive. Nice finishing work and waiting an hour to start journey home
@nxwestmidlands waiting at Herbert Road/jessie Road for the 937 bus which was due at 16.56 going towards Brownhills. The bus has been showing in service and counting down until it gets to due and has not arrived and obviously disappeared off the radar. Now to wait 30 mins again

@TraceyU68 I'm sorry to hear about the poor service you experienced recently. We strive to run according to schedule however operational issues and road closures are sometimes beyond our control. We are working to improve the service.
@nxwestmidlands what service are you providing? Atrocious once again! I have waited for the 937 bus due to arrive at Walton road towards Brownhills at 16.59. Surprise no bus. The 17.28 running late. I have waited an hour at the bus stop having finished work at 16.30
@nxwestmidlands I have boarded a bus but that is not my point. You are providing a service which is totally unacceptable. You leave people in vulnerable situations waiting in the dark and cold. Anything could happen. All I get is sorry the bus did not arrive. A complete joke

@nxwestmidlands Tuesday again. Waiting At Walton Road, Jessie road going towards Brownhills for the 937 bus due at 17.00. Not even showing on google maps or TFWM app that it is even on the road. The next bus due at 17.30 is getting later by the minute.
