Sam Rayburn Track and Field 🏃🏽‍♀️

It means something to us… We will just keep working and see what happens!

This is every kid today who maxed out at 4 Plates (405lbs) or higher on squat: We spend 5 days a week in the weight room to catch up to the teams we play in our district. Doesn’t matter the circumstances,we won’t make excuses.I hope to keep passing that on to our kids #Corazon

The boys came together with almost $400 for our gym custodian. Proud these young men for stepping up in someone else’s time of need.

Big Darrell Randall(Strong Tackle) followed it with a 455lbs Squat. He is also a C/o 28’ Offensive Lineman and he measured in at 6ft 4in! We don’t call it the Strong side for no reason. All we need is 3-4 yards a pop in our Slot-T. He is going mash this next year. @d1_randall

Texan fans can get into all home games during the month of December for FREE, by simply bringing a new children’s toy to the game to go towards our Christmas toy drive.

This class was part of many record setting games and went out on a special year. My first class when I got to Rayburn. I will miss each one of them and what they all brought to the table. If people knew what it took to get to this night. Each story became our story. Much love ✌🏽

I can’t believe it’s getting closer to the end for my 1st Group of kids to have me as their coach all 4 years. This group bought in and wanted to be part of the change. I’m so proud of them for staying the course even when times were tough! We got 3 more to go #Homecoming
