@premierinn_PA What’s the point. Your rude phone reps were adamant that because I didn’t report it until the morning, even though I tried to but nobody on reception & the next day your receptionist said it was an ongoing issue, they wouldn’t do anything.
Premier Inn good night guarantee pretty worthless if a problem occurs during the night and you only report it in the morning as you don’t want to disturb your 4 year old! @premierinn@SimonCalder
@sainsburys why in this awful weather is the night pay window for petrol in use at 18:30,in Hayes store, hardly nighttime? No shelter, got absolutely soaked.2 workers, working 1 till between them, took their time.15 minutes stood in pouring rain, when questioned, just laughed.Appalling
@premierinn had terrible experience, raised issue with reception, said it was an ongoing issue, told to call customer services. Phone rep was so rude, told her I reported it first thing in the morning, was told should have gone to reception during the night so I could be moved.
@yoursclothing_ BEWARE, yet another scam account. Nothing to do with Yours, as confirmed by the company. Do not share any information with them, particularly your card information
@yoursclothing I realise that, which is why I refused to do it but wanted to highlight it to you and your other customers. Hopefully it will serve as a reminder, if it stops one person being scammed then that’s good
@yoursclothing BEWARE OF SCAM. Parcel went missing, reached on X, got DMs & calls from”yours||supportdesk”. Wanted me to download app and enter card details, refused. Confirmed with Yours, not them. Please be careful
@yoursclothing So I’ve been getting calls from someone saying they are going to refund me plus compensation, I just have to download an app Lemfi and put my card details in. None of which seems genuine
