Um... this isn’t a great take. Everything said assumes that the gluten free food is going to taste bad or worse. Gluten free food can look, taste and be just as good as ‘normal food’ so there really doesn’t have to be any problem here.. @thismorning I’d be happy to come on and show you how good gluten free food can be & some much needed awareness. I promise you won’t be disappointed 😇 Thanks Craig and Josie for trying to bring it back around later in the clip but unfortunately I think too much had been said. What do you think? Keep responses civil, we don’t want to appear as an angry mob… we want more gluten free on tv and in the media, not less. But most importantly spoken about in the right way! 💜

Feeling sorry for myself. Had a good run of pain-free days (IBS) but last night I was up until 3am sweating and in severe pain. Makes me so anxious about going anywhere because it seemingly comes out of nowhere.
