America is not being “destroyed.” It is going through a high-tension reset phase. Whether this reset strengthens or weakens the country long-term depends on results, not motives.

If you are doing a desk job, which involves a high degree of intellectual activity, eg planning, research, knowledge, less time for fitness

@DiverUsvi @Weinsteinlaw Hesgeth got rid of a programme where recruiters had to go on the record of the applicant without knowing their race, colour or identity. So this isn't about meritocrisy, otherwise needing to know which colour or sex they are first wouldn't be a problem.

@Weinsteinlaw One does not get promoted due to simply having "decades of service" - cannot tell you never served, how about you stay your lane.
