Down to my last $650 DD ×2 on my Lucid 100K S2F accounts. Tradiefy S2F: 2 accounts: last $1,300 DD remaining. 3 accounts: last $400 DD remaining. If all of these blow tomorrow, I’ll be down $2,800 in account costs. But these same accounts have the potential to pay me $17,500, and I truly believe I can get there. Today, I lost my @FundedNext account, and to be honest with you guys, it hurts. 😣😔 The painful part is that it was completely avoidable. It was 100% my fault. I had three lectures today (09:00–11:00, 11:00–13:00, and 14:00–16:00), so I was busy with school. During the break, I rushed into a trade without checking the Forex Factory calendar. I only risked 1% on the trade. Then the CPI news was released. The slippage was so severe that my 1% risk turned into a 9% loss, instantly breaching the account. MISTAKE: I failed to check the news calendar before trading. CONSEQUENCE: Account breached due to news slippage. LESSON: Risk management alone isn't enough. If you ignore high-impact news, slippage can destroy everything in seconds. This one hurts, but I'll take full responsibility. Every setback is a lesson, and I'll use this experience to become a more disciplined trader. See you on the next funded account. 🤝 Thank you @Flynnn_FN @Galib_FN for creating this amazing firm.
