I have seen every angle of his killing now. There was no threat. His hands were controlled above his head. His weapon was removed. His last act was trying to step in the way of a woman. The only excuse is that the agent was so reactive in the frenzy he saw an arm grabbing a gun and did not put two and two together that it was another agent’s arm. In any case, Alex deserves justice. He was one of the good guys. History will judge the complicit.

Not to be hokey or hippie, but heading into 2026, if I could give one piece of advice it’d be this, be as kind as you can, and give as much as you can. Life has a funny way of paying that back.
