I believe deep work is what separates winners from losers in the modern age. Too many people are glued to their phones, unable to focus. Constant distractions make it very hard to get anything done. Shallow work gets you nowhere. If you want to master a craft, you MUST embrace deep, focused work.

Don't run out of capital. If you run out of capital, it's game over. Focus on survival. To get your shot at success, you need to stay in the game.

Preparation is key in trading. It's the only way to get ready for an uncertain outcome and actually accept the probabilistic nature of trading.

When I was a struggling trader... I chased fancy, complex solutions. From ridiculous technical analysis tools to over-the-top risk management protocols. Now I know: it was all noise. Simple is better.

Consuming information is important. But often is completely meaningless. Why? True learning comes from active practice. Without putting things into practice, you are far more likely to forget what you’ve learned.

The markets present endless noise and chaos. Your job as a trader is to find order in that chaos. You must build a framework to make it happen.

If you’re a trader... Then you know patience is everything. But nothing kills patience faster than NEEDING the money. That NEED makes you impulsive & impatient. And when that happens, trading becomes a battle you can’t win.

As a trader, there are no excuses. You can't blame your boss or co-workers. All responsibility falls on you. If you fail to take accountability, you will struggle.

After trading for almost 5 years now,I finally have the success formula of trading: Edge + Execution (with Risk management) = Profitable Trader It really is that simple!! Every other domain like patience, discipline or psychology falls into one of these categories Find an edge, mix it with error free execution coupled with Risk management And You'll be unstoppable

Demo trading has its place. You can learn how to execute trades etc. But you only truly start to learn when the stakes are real.

I used to obsess over new trading concepts and entry techniques. But it’s all just noise. Sure, having an edge is KEY. But constantly chasing the latest “new thing” in trading is a waste of time.

5+ losses in a row used to be my danger zone. That's where frustration & delusion would build. The odds of making a poor decision would skyrocket. Now, it’s no longer an issue because I’ve been through it and built a framework to handle it. It still pisses me off though lol
