Here is a quick 1 minute clip from "The Masters of Trading" Dan Zanger interview back in 2005. Dan highlights some very important points which still hold true today and even more so in this current 2025 market. - Not to be in the market all the time - Less trading - Limit exposure ( 3 - 4 positions max) - Stalk the market and let it set up - Anticipate 2 - 3 big trend moves per year. ( 8 - 12 weeks per move ) - Let it set up all over again. Trade less! A big part of my strategy is concentrated positions and to hit these positions when the deck is stacked in my favor. I talk about this a lot on here but I think this clip sums it up perfectly! @traderstewie @AOTtrades

@angrybear168 @BoilerATC That quick first pullback happened May 15th - 19th. Technically speaking it gets a bit more dicey / faster markets on the second time around.

@TraderZ @BoilerATC I disagree, maybe a quick pullback but shouldn't be too dramatic with breadth just started to regain some footing today.

@paxtrader777 Peeps think it was easy because there was edge but what they dont understand is to get that edge you had to take huge risk with the borkers not only in the market but fighting the 100 goons next to you ready to rumble for that risk.

When I started trading the big contract was $500 a point. They cut the contract in half to $250 a point to get it ready for the minis. The NQ was $100 a point and we traded in 1 point ticks. Could you all imagine trading NQ at $100 a tick? When we were busy you might not have been able to get out for 50 pts. I would go have a smoke or have lunch with 50 bigs on without a stop.

@Victor_Lucas I would have been around 10 years old when I started watching the show which would have been your first public broadcast year. This was the height of SNES and the transition into N64 / Playstation era. No my parents did not watch.

I’m realizing that The Electric Playground may have been watched by A LOT of kids. We didn’t develop the show as a kid show but it was family friendly. All weekend, I’ve heard “I grew up with EP!” How old were you when you started watching our shows? Did your parents watch?
