Today we announce a new policy: In order to deport all illegal migrants in Britain, Reform will need to detain tens of thousands at a time. Migrants will not be able to leave these detention centres, and each will be held there a couple of weeks before being deported. So here’s our promise: A Reform government will not put any migrant detention facilities in any constituency with a Reform MP. Nor will we put them where Reform controls the council. And of the remaining areas, we will prioritise Green controlled parliamentary constituencies and Green controlled councils to locate the detention centres. Put simply, if you vote in a Reform council or Reform MP, we guarantee you won’t have a detention centre near you. If you vote Green, there’s a good chance you will. This is an important exercise in democratic consent, not just for our mass deportation policy, but for where the detention centres are placed. $QQQ Put Ratio Spread - Here We Go Again
Strong earnings from $GOOGL and $AMZN, along with an already de-risking pullback in $MSFT, $NVDA and $META, seem to limit how much tech can fall from here.
So why not use the opportunity to open another “free” QQQ put ratio spread that only starts losing if the market falls more than 7.5% in the next 19 days? Max profit if $QQQ falls about 5%.
If you’re not already holding too much equity exposure, you can use this as another way to get into $QQQ if it falls more than 7.5%-which, to me, seems like a great outcome.
Position size matters most.

Another $28,000 in two days, once again on $QQQ put spreads. I know a lot of you use them as well, so my recommendation is this: it’s a pity to lose a nice profit. Plus, $VIX seems to fall on down days, which is a bullish sign for the equity markets. So once again, when you have nice profits, just take them. I’ll wait until after tech earnings for the next $QQQ ratio spread opportunity. Overall, it was around a $55,000 gain in one week on three ratio spreads that didn’t go as well as I had hoped.

I FINALLY DID IT.
I've completed my collection of every single physical Pokemon game ever made.
Everyone knows the trading card game is going NUTS right now, but most people forget how many hours we spent playing these games growing up.
They were ICONIC.
Something tells me these are about to 1000X in value in the next few months and a full set could be worth MILLIONS.

@biancoresearch What does it say about Democrats that they can’t vote for a highly qualified candidate in Kevin Warsh? If this were reversed, you’d have 20+ Republicans vote yes. Dems get to tell their base they’re resisting Trump because the media remains silent on their extreme partisanship.

Assuming Senator Tillis votes yes, Warsh shouldd pass on a party line vote of 13 to 11. It should then move to the full senate for confirmation before May 15th (Powell’s last day as Chairman)
There is no filibuster for confirmation votes and Warsh should have at least 50 votes. All republicans (53 in total now) and possibly Senator John Fetterman (D, PA)

@cabsav456 (1) It clearly says 97% of results in, so not final. The gap will likely remain similar, but more votes for Yes than No are expected.
(2) There's a 2.9% gap in the count. You (curiously) choose to round up only one of the figures. That was just a simple error though I'm sure.

I’m honestly really proud of Virginia. Abigail Spanberger won by ~15 points last year for several reasons, but this redistricting referendum was incredibly close — 51% Yes to 49% No, with more than 1.46 million Virginians voting NO.
The outcome sucks, but the referendum expires in 2030. What people should take away from this is that Americans are not on board with partisan power-grab games. We want fair, equal representation.

Thank you to all the voters who turned out to vote against this egregious power grab. The race was much closer than the left expected because Virginians know a 10-1 map is not Virginia. I urge the Virginia Supreme Court to rule against this unconstitutional process that will disenfranchise millions of Virginians.
