@Treesundere @DuskedFates @SamHain31st Every single Metroidvania in the last 8 or so years. The difference between pre and post HK Metroidvanias are very clear. It changed the genre no doubt about it.

@jakewhe53999880 Los juegos de Nintendo son perfecto para los críticos. Juegos simples bien pulidos que técnicamente no hacen nada mal, pero al mismo tiempo no hacen nada extremadamente bien tampoco.
Uno no va a jugar a un juego de Switch esperando grandes cosas la verdad.

Expedition 33 tiene una de las mejores narrativas vistas en los últimos tiempos, una banda sonora única, personajes icónicos que te dejan marcado y un montón de cosas más que lo hacen destacar

Lo dije antes: expedition 33 es un juegazo increíble, pero su popularidad es porque tiene gráficos realistas. Si era estetica de anime, no ganaba GOTY, y dudo de que lo hubiesen nominado.

Les recuerdo que hace 2 años, Metaphor Re:Fantazio (potencialmente, el mejor juego de ATLUS) perdio el GOTY contra el Mario Sunshine de PS5 bajo la excusa de que “Astrobot es un recordatorio de que los videojuegos pueden ser sencillos”.

People call him crazy, but Hollow Knight and Silksong has its fair share of community confusion due to translation nuance (Phantom is either male, female, or unspecified depending on the language). Plus Silksong's TradChinese was butchered on release and took months to fix. (1/3)
