[ON AIR] A new computerised learner’s licence testing system is shaking things up at testing stations across the country — and thousands more applicants are failing. Since the introduction of the Computerised Learner’s Licence Testing system, pass rates are believed to have dropped by as much as 30%, raising questions about whether the system is exposing poor preparation or making it harder to pass.
