When managers and employees grasp the real and potential negative consequences of inaction, they’re more likely to buy into change and lend support. Skipping this crucial communication step leads to unnecessary resistance, costing time, resources, and productivity.

I would love to see a meaningful change made. The Olympic closing ceremony should hand over to the Paralympics. Nothing else. The Paralympic closing ceremony should then be the moment and the stage to hand over to the next host city.
