When you call 112/999, your call will be processed by an Emergency Call Taker, who will ask a series of questions, to get a full understanding of what's happening; and to give assistance while the ambulance is en route.

@BroadNetComms received the new Hytera PNC370 last week and have been using them since. Fantastic radio,crystal clear sound and no bother with coverage. Will be replacing our current radios with these over time as funding allows. Highly recommend..
